- Private Listing: As a member of the Heartland Board of Realtors, we have access to a multitude of private listings. This allows us to find the perfect home for you! Sell Real Estate
- Sell at Auction: We generally like to have at least four weeks notice to sell real estate at auction. This allows our office to properly advertise your home (or land) and have open houses where potential buys can take a look at the property and ask any questions they may have. (Of course, we are more than happy to schedule private viewings of the property as well.)
- Private Listing: We are a member of the Heartland Board of Realtors, and as such, can list your home on their private realtor website for the many other members to access.
Appraisals
- We offer appraisals of real estate, antiques & collectibles, vehicles & farm machinery, household goods, and virtually all other personal property.
