Bio: Wayne graduated from the Superior School of Auctioneering in Decatur, Illinois in 1971. He also aquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Michigan State University in 1965. He has been in the real estate business as a salesman since 1969 and as a Real Estate Broker since 1972. Wayne has conducted auctions in many other states and held auctioneer licenses in those states requiring one, as well as appraising property for the Sheriff's Dept., banks, private individuals, and local attorneys. He has sold several farms along with commercial and business properties and private homes, both privately and at auction. Wayne Farthing is also a Christian.
